    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the efectof SNAP-94847，amelanin-concentrating hormone receptor blocker，onanxiety-like behaviorinmiceviathenucleusacumbens shell(NAcSh).MethodsThechronic-acutecombining stress(CACS) method was usedtoestablishamouse modelofanxiety，andaccording tothe injectionof normal saline(NS)or SNAPinto the NAcSh，the CACS model mice and normal control(CON)mice were randomly divided into CON+NS group，CON+SNAP group，CACS + NS group，and CACS + SNAP group，with 8 mice in each group.
