    摘要简要介绍了熔体造粒工艺的原理和传统差动造粒装置存在的问题。在现有差动造粒装置的基础上新增振动机构，开发出具有振动功能的熔体复合肥差动造粒装置。该造粒装置尤其适用于高黏度熔体的造粒，可提高现有造粒装置的产品合格率并延长其工作时间。

    The Melt Compound Fertilizer Differential Prilling Device with Vibration Function

    AbstractA brief introduction is given of the principle of melt prilling process and problems existing in traditional differential prilling device. A new vibration mechanism is added on the basis of present differential prilling device, and the melt compound fertilizer differential prilling device with vibration function is developed. The prilling device is especially suitable for prilling of high viscosity melt, and product qualification ratio of the prilling device is improved and its working hours are prolonged.
