    氨汽提工艺钛汽提塔更换材质的选择

    摘要更换氨汽提装置原钛汽提塔时，可供选用的材质有钛材、25- 22- 2衬锆双金属管和Omegabond钛与锆复合管，分析了3种材质汽提塔的特点。从价格、耐腐蚀和冲蚀性能、运行稳妥可靠和利于设备国产化等因素综合考虑,国内的氨汽提装置更换钛汽提塔时，应选择25- 22- 2衬锆双金属管汽提塔为宜。

    AbstractWhen replacing original titanium stripper of ammonia stripper unit, the materials available for selection are titanium material, 25- 22- 2 Zr-liner bimetal tube and Omegabond Ti-Zr clad pipe, the characteristics of strippers made of the three different materials are analyzed. Taking into account prices, anti-corrosion and erosion performance, proper and reliable operation and advantages for equipment domesticization, when replacing titanium stripper of ammonia stripper unit at home, it is suitable to choose stripper with 25- 22- 2 Zr-liner bimetal tube. ......
