    新型螺杆式压缩机在氨合成系统中的应用

    摘要为满足稀氨水减产计划的要求，选用KLD236型螺杆冰机替代原WYJZ3KA25型螺杆式压缩机。改造后，在冰机系统负荷随需求大幅波动的情况下，新压缩机机组较改造前节电能力仍稳定在13%～18%，单台冰机现场噪声较改造前降低了约15 dB，节电和节水效益明显。

    AbstractIn order to meet the requirement of yield reduction plan of dilute aqueous ammonia,KLD236 type screw compressor is selected to replace original WYJZ3KA25 type screw compressor. After the revamp, under such condition that the load of refrigerator system rises and falls greatly with the change of requirement, power saving capability of the new compressor unit remains stable at 13%～18%, compared to that before revamp, the noise of a single set of refrigerator decreases about 15 dB than that before revamp, having significant power saving and water saving benefits. ......
