    多喷嘴气化炉常见问题的判断技巧及处理措施

    摘要根据多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化装置投料以来出现的渣口堵塞、洗涤冷却水管堵塞、气化炉合成气出口积灰堵塞、锁斗冲洗水罐液位反弹和高压煤浆泵垫缸等常见问题，总结出简易的判断方法并提出相应的处理措施。经不断攻关、改进，装置实现了105%负荷常态化运行，碳转化率由98%提高至99%。

    AbstractIn connection with common problems of multi- nozzle coal- water slurry pressurized gasifier since start- up, such as slag notch blocking, scrubbing- cooling water pipe blocking, dust deposition blocking at outlet for syngas from the gasifier, rebound of liquid level of lock hooper washing water tank and high- pressure coal slurry pump trouble, simple adjustment methods are summed- up and relevant handling measures are suggested. After continuous tackling key problems and improvement, the normalizing operation at 105% load of the plant is realized, carbon conversion ratio is increased from 98% to 99%. ......
