摘要：目的 总结鼻内镜鼻窦手术术后的处理方法，并观察其与疗效的关系。方法 选取2016年1月至2018年1月期间在我院行鼻内镜手术的126例慢性副鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象，给予所有患者术后处理，随访1年后观察治疗效果。结果 随访1年后，126例慢性副鼻窦炎患者治愈97例(77.0%)，好转21例(16.7%)，无效8例(6.3%)，治疗总有效率为93.7%(118/126)。结论 对行鼻内镜鼻窦手术的慢性副鼻窦炎患者进行术后正确处理与换药，可获得较为理想的治疗效果。
