四化服务在降低呼叫铃声中的应用探讨
摘要:目的 探讨四化服务在降低呼叫铃声中的作用;方法临床资料 2018.9月—2018.12月以无痛产科三个病区为试点科室,定期进行质量监督及护士座谈会,发放患者满意度调查问卷336份,回收336份;结果 护理工作效率提高,护理投诉为零;结论 使护理工作效率明显提高。关键词:四化服务 降低 呼叫铃声
