【摘要】目的 观察中医情志护理缓解脑卒中患者抑郁效果;方法 取45例常规护理的患者为参照组，取45例中医情志护理患者为研究组;结果 研究组HAMD评分低于参照组，SF-36评分高于参照组，且P<0.05;结论 对脑卒中抑郁患者实施中医情志护理，改善其抑郁情绪效果明显。
