【摘要】目的：总结新生儿胃穿孔的临床特点和诊治经验，提高患儿的生存率。方法：回顾性分析2010年6月至2019年8月我院收治的14例新生儿胃穿孔患儿的临床资料。结果：14例新生儿胃穿孔患儿，存活9例，2例术后死于严重感染性、多器官功能衰竭，3例因手术探查后家长放弃治疗死亡。结论：新生儿胃穿孔起病突然、进展快、病情危重、死亡率较高，尽早诊断、积极手术干预及合理的术后治疗是改善预后的关键。
