摘要：目的：比较德国和我国药品费用控制政策，为我国建立健全药品费用控制相关政策提供参考。方法：通过比较德国和中国在药品定价方法、医药保险制度、政府在药品费用控制的职能三个方面的差别，对我国控制药品费用提出建议。结果：建议我国继续实施取消药品加成政策，激励医疗保险经办机构良性竞争，政府管制和市场控制相结合。 结论：控制我国药品费用需要多方配合协调，才能促进我国医药卫生事业健康持续发展。
