摘要：目的：了解献血者在献血过程中采血时间延长的影响因素，为今后更为科学、合理、人性化为献血者服务，保证血液质量及献血者安全提供科学依据。方法：采用自行设计的问卷调查表，抽取2013年6-9月乌鲁木齐市献血者767名作为研究对象，对其性别、年龄、族别、文化程度、献血经历、对献血相关知识的认知等方面进行问卷调查，采用两分类Logistic回归分析评价采血时间延长的影响因素。结果：本次调查800人，收回有效问卷767份，有效问卷应答率为96%。767名献血者中，采血时间延长的330人，占43%；采血时间未延长的437人，占57%。Logistic回归分析表明，献血者献血前紧张状态、献血前进正餐情况、献血者献血前喝水情况、性别、献血者血管条件为影响献血者献血过程中采血时间延长的主要因素。结论：献血者献血前一定要确保献血者、医护人员、献血环境及氛围准备充分，以免对献血者献血过程中的采血时间产生影响。
