摘要：目的 引起临床医师及药师的重视，促进临床安全用药。方法 报告1 例低分子量肝素钙致严重肝损害，分析基本情况并对此进行讨论。结果 低分子量肝素钙在多重因素影响下可能导致肝损害。结论 应继续加强该药物的不良反应监测
