摘要：目的：探究分析免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、IgA水平检测对肺炎支原体感染患儿的价值。方法：选取在我院接受治疗的支原体感染患儿30例作为研究组，收治时间均在2014年6月至2015年7月期间，选取同期在我院接受检查的健康人员30例作为对照组，均给予免疫比浊法检测，对比两组检验结果中血清IgM、IgG、IgA水平。结果：研究组患儿的血清IgM明显较对照组高，血清IgG水平、IgA水平低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：测定免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、IgA水平对检测支原体感染患儿的价值较高，值得临床在今后广泛应用。
