摘要：目的 评价老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后使用金天格胶囊的临床治疗效果。方法 使用InterTan髓内钉固定老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者70例，随机分为内固定术后口服金天格胶囊组(治疗组35例)和内固定手术组(对照组35例)，随访12个月；评价疼痛缓解情况和髋部骨密度(BMD)，复查X片评价骨折愈合结果。使用视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)法对治疗后3、6个月患者是疼痛疗效情况进行评价，以及在治疗后3、6个月检测髋部骨密度(BMD)，术后1、2、3、6个月摄片评价骨愈合结果。结果 两组治疗后VAS评分、髋部BMD值存在统计学差异(P< 0.05)，治疗组优于对照组。治疗组骨折愈合率(98%)优于对照组(94.6%)，P < 0.05。结论 InterTan髓内钉治疗老年粗隆间骨折术后联合金天格胶囊能显著改善术后疼痛，增加髋部BMD值，促进骨折愈合，利于患者早期锻炼和功能恢复。

    Abstract：Objective：To evaluate the effects of postoperative intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly combined with Jintiange capsules.Methods：70 patients who had intertrochanteric fractures and had InterTan intramedullary nail fixation were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The patients in treatment group received Jintiange capsules.
