摘要：新的历史时期，传统的人事档案管理理念已经无法满足当下的发展需求，因为在信息极其发达的时代，人事档案管理的核心发生了变化。人事档案管理是促进经济发展的重要基础，加强对人事档案管理的信息化建设是当前社会发展的需要，同时也是人力资源管理建设的重点内容，故而本文将对新时期下的人事档案管理现状进行分析，进而更好的促进我国的人事档案管理模式更加信息化，满足当前的社会发展需求。
