摘要：目的 观察硬麻下手法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 硬麻下手法推拿，完成推拿后给予20%甘露醇注射液静脉快速滴注，症状严重者可在硬膜囊中加入地塞米松针，卧硬板床3d。[结果]硬麻下手法推拿者总有效率85.3%，优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 硬麻下手法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定。
