摘要：目的：探讨医用输液监视仪在静脉输液中的作用，验证其临床效果。方法：随机选取在该院住院的输液患者500例作为研究对象。根据是否使用医用输液监视仪分为输液监视组(n=250)与常规实验组(n=250)。通过评估两组护士工作效率、平均查房次数、换瓶前配液时间间隔、患者满意度，进而评价两组的输液管理质量。结果：输液监视组护士工作效率高、平均查房次数次数少，换瓶前配液时间间隔短，患者满意度高。结论：医用输液监视仪的应用提高了护士工作效率高，保障了输液管理的质量。

    [abstract] objective：to investigate the role of medical infusion monitor in intravenous infusion and to verify its clinical effect.Methods：500 patients were randomly selected in the hospital.
