摘要：为进一步提高绿豆、绿豆衣药材及其饮片的质量标准，使之能对其内在质量及其品质优劣进行合理可行的控制，拟增加绿豆衣、绿豆的水分、总灰分及酸不溶性灰分、浸出物的测定，本次实验主要是根据2010版《中华人民共和国药典(第一部)》中有关常规含量测定的具体方法对多批次、不同等级的药材的灰分、水分、酸不溶性灰分等进行了测定。
