摘要：目的：研究人工流产术后使用宫内节育器的可行性和副作用。方法：采集2012年1月-2017年12月在衡水市桃城区计生局妇产医院妇科门诊手术室行人工流产术并放置宫内节育器的妇女，根据自愿的原则分为①实验组：98例，人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育器；②对照组：106例，人工流产后月经复潮干净后3 -7天(6个月内)，放置宫内节育器。宫内节育器选用吉妮宫内节育器。比较手术时间、手术出血量、出血天数及术后3次月经量和经期时间的长短，以及放置宫内节育器1年内的各种不适反应的差异。结果：与对照组相比，实验组在阴道出血量、出血天数、月经量、月经经期时间以及术后并发症的发生及取出率方面比较无统计学差异，p>0.05；实验组手术时间长于对照组，P<0.05。结论：人工流产术即时放置吉妮宫内节育器安全性高，避孕效果可靠，减少手术操作次数，节约时间和花费，不增加脱落率和副反应，操作方便可行，适于临床推广。
