摘要：目的：分析慢性根尖周炎实施一次性根管疗法的效果。方法：从我院2013年9月-2016年11月收治的慢性根尖周炎患者中随机抽选56例，常规根管疗法对照组28例，一次性根管疗法实验组28例，统计治疗结果。结果：实验组疼痛发生率为7.1%，疾病缓解率为96.4%；对照组疼痛发生率为28.6%，疾病缓解率为71.4%，有差别，P<0.05。结论：给予慢性根尖周炎患者一次性根管疗法能减轻疼痛度，提高成功率，值得借鉴。
