摘要：目的：探究脑卒中患者实施中医特色护理的护理效果。方法：抽取46例脑卒中患者给予提供中医特色护理方法，从生活起居护理、情志护理、饮食护理、康复护理以及中医特色护理技术等方面入手，应用特制的护理调查问卷来评价临床护理效果、护理满意度等。结果：46例参与研究的脑卒中患者经中医特色护理后，均取得良好效果。结论：结合患者临床病症实际，对患者进行中医特色护理，临床疗效有效率达85.3%，护理满意度达98%，值得在日后脑卒中患者治疗护理中广泛应用。

    【Abstract】objective：To explore the stroke patients with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing care effect.
