摘要：目的：分析腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的效果。方法：选取我院急性阑尾炎患者146例，选至2015年10月-2018年2月，将其分成2组：73例对照组采用传统开腹阑尾切除术，73例试验组采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术，比较2组的治疗结果。结果：试验组手术时间、出血量、进食时间、排气时间、住院时间少于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：给予急性阑尾炎患者腹腔镜阑尾切除术作用重大，能减少并发症，促进术后康复，值得推广。
