摘要：椎动脉型颈椎病主要是指由于椎动脉受到压迫或者刺激，从而引起供血不足所产生的一系列临床症状和体征。此种疾病的主要发病部位是颈椎，主要临床表现为疼痛、酸麻等，对于患者的正常生活和工作影响较大，同时还导致患者需要承受较大的痛苦[1]。针对此种疾病，需要临床及时治疗，以实现对患者病情的良好控制，并提高患者的生活质量。当前，对于此种疾病，临床上采用针灸联合推拿治疗的效果较为显著，在很大程度上促进了患者生活质量的提高。
