摘要：目的：观察黛力新和美沙拉嗪合并使用治疗结肠炎患者的临床疗效。方法：选取我院在2016年3月至2017年3月收治的结肠炎患者80例，随机分为两组各40例。观察组给予黛力新和美沙拉嗪治疗，对照组给予美沙拉嗪治疗，观察两组的临床效果。结果：观察组总有效率95.0%高于对照组87.5%，观察组不良反应发生率5%低于对照组12.5%，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：黛力新和美沙拉嗪合并使用治疗结肠炎临床效果显著，安全可靠，值得大力推广。
