摘要：目的：通过修改瓦里安Eclipse NTO参数，分析其剂量学差异。方法：选取10例鼻咽癌患者，每位患者分别设置NTO权重分别为1～ 999。设置跌落值分别为0.01～5.00。设置NTO distances to PTV，开始剂量，跌落剂量 分别为1 mm，100%，和10%。结果：当NTO权重小于等于100，跌落值為0.1～0.3时，可以得到较为理想的计划结果。
