摘要：目的：研究地塞米松联合甲巯咪唑治疗慢性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(CAT)的临床效果。方法：选取本院收治的42例CAT患者，根据治疗方法不同分为观察组21例(地塞米松+甲巯咪唑))和对照组21例(甲巯咪唑)，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率、各项观察指标均优于对照组，对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予CAT患者地塞米松联合甲巯咪唑治疗效果显著，值得推广。

    [abstract] objective：to study the clinical effect of dexamethasone combined with methimazole in the treatment of chronic autoimmune thyroiditis(CAT).
