摘要：目的：研究米索前列醇治疗产妇产后出血的临床应用效果。方法：选取了2016年10月至2017年10月，在我院妇产科生产并出现产后出血的患者70例作为主要的研究对象。按照随机分组的方法，将全部患者平均分为对照组和观察组。为对照组产妇给予缩宫素，观察组患者应用了米索前列醇。结果：应用米索前列醇组别的患者，产后各个阶段的出血量均低于对照组，且患者出现不良反应的频次也低于对照组，各项差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：米索前列醇对于产妇出现产后出血病症，具有较好的治疗效果，且不会出现严重的不良反应，值得在临床上使用并推广。
