摘要：目的：探讨丙戊酸钠结合左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫疗效。方法：选取从2017年3月-2018年7月小儿癫痫患儿50例，随机分为对照组与治疗组，25例/组。对照组采取丙戊酸钠治疗，治疗组则采取丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗，比较治疗有效率。结果：总有效率比较，对照组76%，治疗组96%，差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫，效果更为显著。
