     In appearance, the tea of Zhengshan species looks different from the other black tea species. It is slimmer, darker and smaller. No wonder in ancient time it was called “black pills” or “black tea”. Zhengshan species tea can be further divided into tobacco subspecies and Zhengshan subspecies. The local people regard the tobacco subspecies as the Western taste tea, because its smoky flavour is difficult for ordinary Chinese to accept, but it is liked by the Europeans. Therefore, this tea is usually for export. It is not only bitter in taste, but has an indescribable mouldy smell. As for Zhengshan subspecies, the other black tea produced locally, the local people call it the tea with orient taste. It tastes as sweet Longan, but without the greasy taste of Longan liquor; possessing a long-lasting faint aroma, but without the intolerable burnt smell, having a clear and shining golden liquor, but without a slight turbid. ......
