    【摘 要】目的 通过对手术患者进行术前、术中、术后心理干预，减轻其焦虑和恐惧心理，使患者积极配合手术，减少麻药剂量，加强愈后效果。方法 对在我院手术的100例经过术前、中、后心理干预患者，与前期未进行心理干预的100例患者进行心理状态比较。结果 经过心理干预的患者较未干预患者焦虑和恐惧心理明显减轻，脉搏、血压平稳，术中疼痛减轻，麻醉药量减少，术后疼痛减少，愈合良好。结论 手术患者围术期心理干预效果明显、良好。
