【摘要】目的调查影响癌症患者心理状态的因素,通过心理护理提高妇科癌症患者的生活的质量。方法对108例癌症患者进行问卷调查,分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用一对一与患者交谈、心理护理、疾病相关知识指导,满足患者的家庭与社会支持,帮助患者树立战胜疾病的信心,提高生活质量。采用生活质量核心量表(QOL-CO)对患者生活质量进行调查。结果影响癌症患者心理状态的因素主要有恐惧、医疗费用、化疗产生的不良反应、疼痛等。观察组躯体社会心里功能维度的评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对癌症患者实施心理护理,可提高其生活质量。
