中药内服配合静脉滴注利多卡因治疗眩晕65例疗效观察
【摘要】目的探讨中药内服配合静滴利多卡因治疗眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法将我院2007年~2009年间规范使用中药内服配合静滴利多卡因治疗的65例眩晕患者进行临床分析、总结。结果总有效率达95.38%。结论应用中药内服配合静滴利多卡因治疗眩晕,方法简单,护理方便,医疗费用较低,临床疗效满意,值得推广。【关键词】眩晕;治疗;疗效观察

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of Chinese Herbs and Intravenous Infusion of lidocainein treating vertigo .Method65 cases of this disease were treated with Chinese Herbs and Intravenous Infusion of lidocaine and the data were analyzed.ResultThe total effective rate was 95.38%.ConclusionChinese Herbs and Intravenous Infusion of lidocaine is very efficacious in treating vertigo.It is easy and nursing is convenient and simple to apply and the medical costs is also very Inexpensive.
