    【摘要】目的观察疏血通注射液与艾麦舒注射液联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将146例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组60例和治疗组86例，两组均予休息、吸氧、抗血小板聚集、倍他乐克、补钾补镁等一般治疗，对照组静滴艾麦舒注射液50mg/d；治疗组静滴艾麦舒注射液50mg/d，同时静滴疏血通注射液6mL/d；2周为1个疗程。结果治疗组在改善心绞痛临床症状，心电图疗效，增加左心射血分数方面优于对照组，两组间有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论中西药联合应用，显著改善临床症状，心电图，左心射血分数，增强了治疗作用，达到了协同治疗冠心病心绞痛的目的。

    Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Clinical Research.LIN Hao-liang,LI Heng-yu,CHEN Fang-tao.(The Chinese Medical Hospital of Laixi,Laixi 266600,China)【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of Shuxuetang and Aimaishu injection combination on treatment of stenocardia.Methods146 cases of anginal patients were selected and randomly divided into control group (60 patients) and the apeutic group(86 patients).Oxygen inhalation ,antiplatelet,Betaloc,potassium or magnesium supplement were treated for all the patients.Inthe control group,50mg pre day of Aimeishu infection was intravenous driped ,in therapeutic group,50mg Aimaishu and 6ml Ahuxuetong were given,the couses of treatment was 2 weeks.ResultsThe clinical symptoms,eletrcardiogram and LVEF were better than control group(P<0.05).ConclusionShuxuetong and Aimaishu combination could effectively improve the cliniacal symptoms,electrocardiogram and LVEF,enhance the therapeutical effect,deserve clinic application. ......
