    【摘要】目的研究祖传中药秘方化石散对尿路结石的溶解，排出效果与体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗上尿路结石后疗效比较。方法选择28例经彩超及尿路造影确诊尿路结石患者分为两组：一组14例上尿路结石患者经ESWL治疗两周；另一组14例(其中6例下尿路结石不宜ESWL治疗)单纯用中药化石散2g,口服2/日，治疗2周。结论中药秘方化石散服药简单,对上下尿路结石均有较好的疗效,治愈率高; ESWL治疗后相当一部分患者需多次碎石,治疗过程中不适感明显。
