In the article by Brodsky et al in the February issue (Br J Opthalmol 2004;88:268–272), a portion of the text within fig 2 was incorrectly labelled. The label under "+ Superior rectus contracture" is currently printed as "Compensatory head tilt away from side of fixing eye." It should have been printed as "Compensatory head tilt toward the side of the fixing eye."(Editor)
