[摘要] 目的 探讨谷氨酰胺联合肠内营养对动物模型结肠黏膜凋亡的影响。方法 将大鼠随机分为3组，即正常组，模型组、谷氨酰胺组21天两个时间点进行观察。结果 谷氨酰胺组Bcl-2的平均灰度值及表达阳性的面积明显大于其他组，Bax基因蛋白平均灰度值及表达阳性的面积明显小于其他组(P<0.05)。结论 谷氨酰胺能抑制结肠黏膜细胞的凋亡，促进结肠的代偿。
