* Five and 19 patients had undergone open prostatectomy and transurethral prostatic resection, respectively. All patients had undergone multiple urethral dilatations.5位病人有开放性前列腺切除术和19位患者有经尿道前列腺切除史，所有患者均有多次尿道扩张经历。
* A subcoronal incision was made on ventral penile skin and carried down through Buck's fascia to urethra.取阴茎腹侧皮肤冠状沟处做切口，穿过Buck's筋膜达尿道
* Fossa navicularis and meatus were exposed by dissecting urethra under the glans.在阴茎头下方解剖尿道使舟状窝和管口暴露
* A fasciocutaneous flap was created with appropriate lengthand width, and transferred to ventral urethra. 4/0 polyglactin suture was used to sew the sides of the flap to the edges of the incised strictured urethra so as to admit a 24 Fr bougie without any resistance.设计适当宽度和长度的皮肌筋膜皮瓣并转移至腹侧尿道，狭窄的尿道内放入Fr24尿道扩张器做为支架，用4/0可吸收缝合线将皮瓣和管口边缘缝合
