    摘要 目的: 探讨静脉肾盂造影 ( IVP) 前行清洁肠道准备的最有效方法。

    方法: 将152例患者随机分为甲、乙、丙3 组 , 甲组口服番泻叶用水冲饮 , 乙组

    清洁灌肠 , 丙组口服 50 %硫酸镁。对比 3 组肠道准备所需时间及肠道准备效果。

    结果: 丙组清洁肠道效果明显好于甲、乙两组 ( P < 0101) , 成功率 98 %。结

    论: IVP前用 50 %硫酸镁清洁肠道 , 肠内容物排泄迅速 , 肠胀气少 , 不损伤肠

    粘膜 , 患者痛苦小 , 无副作用 , 应用方便。
