    奋乃静联合尼莫地平治疗老年期首发精神分裂症 3 O例

    [ 摘 要] 目的： 观察奋乃静联合尼莫地平治疗老年期首发精神分裂症的疗效。方法： 老年期首发精神分裂症患

    者 6 o例， 随机分为治疗组和对照组各 3 0例。两组均给予奋乃静片， 6 m g · d ’ 开始， 每天增加 2— ， 到症状缓解停止加量，最大剂量 2 o m g · d ’ ， p o ； 治疗组同时加用尼莫地平片2 0 m g ， t i d ， p o 。分别在治疗前、 治疗后第 l ， 2 ， 4 ， 8周进行简明精神病

    评定量表( s i r s ) 评定。结果： 在治疗第 l ， 2 ， 4 ， 8周时， 治疗组 B P R S总分均较对照组明显下降( P< 0 . 0 5或 <0 . 0 1 ) ， 疗效

    均较对照组明显提高( P<0 . 0 5 或 <0 . 0 1 ) 。结论 ： 奋乃静合用尼莫地平治疗老年期首发精神分裂症较单用奋乃静的疗

    效好 ， 且起效快。
