    4、Sound 音响异常

    (1) Strident respiration 蝉鸣样呼吸

    见于喉头水肿痉挛、喉头异物

    (2) Stertorous respiration 鼾声呼吸

    见于深昏迷等病人

    Classification

    (1)吸气性呼吸困难

    (二)Nursing the client with dyspnea

    1、提供针对性的心理护理

    2、调节室内空气

    3、安置合适的卧位

    半坐卧位 严重时端坐位

    4、保持呼吸道通畅

    吸痰、体位排痰、防止误吸

    5、按医嘱给药

    2、临界高血压

    血压值在正常和高血压之间
